CL built our new house for us in 2024. Everything from the original bid/estimations, schedule, and communication were phenomenal. They quoted on the higher side of what quotes we received, but we guessed that it was because it was likely the most accurate. We would like to thank C&L for the building of our new home. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and under budget!! I don’t think you could ask for more!! We can't say enough about Clendenin & Lockwood. From the first inquiry to the finish of the project, everyone was super responsive and quick to help. With such a busy schedule, we didn't have time to think about it. We gave Phil, Laura, Ryan and Spencer our vision and they made our dreams come true. Hands down recommend them 10/10 for any remodeling or new build needs!
