I have been a client at Clem and Thyme since before it was even named that! I have to say I’ve been so enlightened and so helped and each time I am moved to a new nutritionist, I always miss the one before, but I’m always so thankful for the new one. We had a truly fantastic consultation with Hannah today. She was incredibly professional and respectful, taking the time to walk us through all the essential information. She clearly and patiently explained many things about healthy diets, specific foods, and how to incorporate positive changes into our daily routines. Her guidance was very helpful, and we left feeling empowered with a clear action plan. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking knowledgeable and thoughtful dietary advice.

The Yellow Springs office of Clem & Thyme is beautiful and so welcoming. A coworker had a good experience, so they recommended I try it. I met with Samantha and she was so motivating and made dietary changes feel really doable and not overwhelming. Samantha is easy to get along with and left armed with knowledge, recipes, and a great plan. I’d highly recommend Clem & Thyme to anyone who is looking for dietary guidance but just doesn’t know where to start
