I am beyond frustrated with the care (lack of) I received from the new NP, Christina. She showed no compassion, no willingness to work with my situation doing telehealth like I was already getting due to travel, and basically told me to go find care somewhere else. That’s not healthcare — that’s pushing patients away. Michelle was amazing and always made sure my needs were met, especially since I travel back and forth for business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!! Michelle DEEM has been taking care of me for several years now. I have always found her to be attentive and knowledgeable. I brought my husband to the clinic for the first time last week and he was seen by JENNILEE HILL, and we were amazed at the level of competency and concern she showed for his condition, above and beyond any other physician he has seen in the past 7 years.
