I am beyond frustrated with the care (lack of) I received from the new NP, Christina. She showed no compassion, no willingness to work with my situation doing telehealth like I was already getting due to travel, and basically told me to go find care somewhere else. That’s not healthcare — that’s pushing patients away. Michelle was amazing and always made sure my needs were met, especially since I travel back and forth for business. Telehealth with her worked perfectly, but now with Christina, the service has dropped to zero.... read more
