I've been going to Clemson Fitness Company for three weeks and absolutely love it! There's a great variety of classes, and I've already had six different instructors—all of whom have been super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate how they offer modifications for every exercise, making it easy to follow no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend!
CFC is an awesome space to workout with friendly and knowledgable staff members!
This is the best environment/gym I have ever been to! Everyone is so welcoming and each class is exciting and fun! When choosing what class you want to attend for the day, you really can’t go wrong. I absolutely love this gym!
This is THE best fitness studio in Clemson. If you are a student you must sign up! It was genuinely the highlight of my semester. Barre, yoga, total body mat, pilates, and strength are my favorite classes to go to. Each instructor is absolutely amazing and so insanely kind. I am going to miss this place when I graduate! Shoutout to Martha for giving us a killer brun and putting the biggest smiles on our faces :)))
I can not express the level of love and gratitude I have for this place and the CFC community in my heart! The variety of workouts, time slots, coaching styles, variations of fitness levels welcome… I could go on and on 💛 It’s the best start to my day and a safe, inviting place for all who join🙌🏻
