I've been going to Clemson Fitness Company for three weeks and absolutely love it! There's a great variety of classes, and I've already had six different instructors—all of whom have been super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate how they offer modifications for every exercise, making it easy to follow no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend! Update: Six months later, I'm still enjoying the classes. It feels like a community here. I am feeling the best I have in close to ten years!

This is the best environment/gym I have ever been to! Everyone is so welcoming and each class is exciting and fun! When choosing what class you want to attend for the day, you really can’t go wrong. I absolutely love this gym!
