I love Dr.Marcy. She is a wonderful person, also her assistant was very wonderful too. I learn something new everyday when I come there. :)
Dr. Sparks is great. Whoever is in charge of scheduling often misses the mark. After everything is said and done can be anywhere from one hour at best or two hours at worst. Two hours being pretty rough with kids. The front desk lady is not personable at all- Straight face, zero welcoming emotions, speaks minimally and I’ve literally been ignored, standing in front of her for 15minutes with zero interaction while she’s doing something else on her computer. Dr. Sunderland is great. He is so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The clinic could use physical improvements and be cleaner.
Not the warmest welcome when you walk in the door (I’m sure they’re doing a ton of paperwork and it’s hard to stop immediately and acknowledge the patients, but it would feel a little less like I’m interrupting them if they did). Otherwise, nice staff. Best part was they had a waiting room with toys bc I had to take me 2 little ones with me. So I didn’t have to stress as much about them behaving and waiting well as I was thinking. The doctors are always quick and helpful and kind.
