They charged me so much for the first visit as my insurance covers the colonoscopy 100% so when I questioned it I was told over and over that the insurance would not cover it. My insurance confirmed that it was covered 100%. The 3 minute visit with the doctor who was more concerned about leaving the room than listening wasnt very helpful. And it cost me $360 for the visit out of pocket. Dr. Barnes made me feel at ease before my procedure and answered all my questions and did not make me feel like a number or that he was in a rush to get to his next patient. The nurses kept me informed of what was and would be going on before, during and after my procedure. I have been having issues since before Christmas and finally after being referred here have some answers to what is going on. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone.
Anesthesia went well. Procedure went well. Explanations before and after were clear. Staff is outstanding.
