I asked Clem to Help me with the broken solar hot water system which considered as a critical fix for any family. Plumbers who had the inspection before, advised there was something wrong with thermostat or element and a relatively easy fix or replacement required. I booked Clem's Electrical to install an external powerpoint. I was informed that the job would be carried out on the forthcoming Monday. Monday arrived and there was no pitch. No phone call to offer an explanation. That level of unreliability in my industry is unacceptable.
Clem and his team were fantastic. The quote was speedy and included a senior discount, the work was done on time and professionally, and the guys who did the job –Alan and his apprentice (Samuel) were really great. Highly recommended.
