We Just have to brag, not once, but every single time that we have been in an emergency situation due to our company vehicles cem and his crew at clems. Takes your $90 and DOESN'T change your oil! Yesterday, my BFF paid $90 for an oil change and had issues with dripping after. She took it back 2 times to get answers, as she was taking her vehicle on a long roadtrip with her husband and kids today. Clem's did nothing, so she called me because my husband has been a mechanic for 15 years. Hubby looked at the vehicle (less than 2 years old, 66k miles) and decided to change the oil himself, due to too many red flags. Brought vehicle in for synthetic oil change. After completion, my vehicle was leaking oil. I brought it back twice in the same day and they assured me it was fine. Out of caution, I brought it to another mechanic and they informed me that my oil WASN’T ACTUALLY CHANGED, and that Clem’s just topped it off!
