My elderly mother needed her furnace looked at. We called multiple times. Actually spoke with a woman, and STILL never got a call back! What's the point of having someone answer calls if they can't make appointments and no one ever calls back? We got ahold of someone else who came out the same day.
Bruce is a fantastic plumber, he visited our house on short notice on two different occasions, and had the work done so quickly! Our radiators were not functioning properly in one room and he diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and got it running in the same visit. He is also just an incredibly kind and genuine person. We will recommend him to anyone!
Called for an emergency of 2 inches of sewer water in my basement. No call back. Plumbers in this area are not good, not reliable, and apparently do not want to work
