Excellent personal service in a timely manner
I went into Clements to inquire about having sunglasses made with the special prisms of which I need. I’ve been trying to wear my clear prism glasses with sunglasses over the top and they are heavy and make my nose sore. Lauren helped me immensely! She took her time explaining various things to me and is just such a pleasant, knowledgeable person. I left having learned much and felt like I was heard and treated kindly. ♥️
I was 20 minutes early for my appointment but the tech got started with me right away, Took extra time to make sure my glasses were fitting perfectly. Very impressive!
