On the initial call, they were quick to have someone out to check our leaks and blockage. They were the only company of many that could come that day (which was important because we didn't have water). They quoted us a price (which seemed high, but as the only ones available the next morning, we agreed). The next morning comes around, and no one shows up. We call 3-4 times and cannot get anyone on the phone. No one showed up at all on the scheduled date (a Friday). So, now we have to find someone else that can come next week... read more
