Do not recommend Don Smith at all. He doesn’t clear up the important details in a case, nor listens. He will take the easiest option for him, and never take his “offer” he gives you. It will bite you in the end, also he is friends with the entire system so it’s whatever will benefit his pockets more. Stay away.
Don’t recommend. All the lawyers are buddy buddy with everyone in court. It’s a circus of clowns. They just know how to squeeze money out of people and always cater towards the weaker louder side, especially the female side. Hardly answers phones, and doesn’t really do any talking. Had Smith hired for a case against a hit and run driver. Was more than happy to take a pile of money from me, only to never do anything with the case or return any of my dozens upon dozens of phone calls. Outright thievery, do not hire this crook at any cost.
