Melissa has been very good at keeping me informed regarding schedules and upcoming service appointments. Very happy with Clements Pool Service.
I don't post Google reviews, but Melissa needs a shout out. I called for a service call, but you don't cover my area. Melissa walked me through my issue step-by-step and helped resolve my problem. Her customer service is immaculate and she went above and beyond to help me over the phone. At the end of our conversation she had me sold to the point of me offering her a job at my company if she ever needs one. You have a special employee who cares and it shows. Excellent job!
Since having Clements install our new Hayward TRISTAR VS 900 Variable Speed pool pump several years ago, I have managed to set up numerous different timer program settings, especially with the recent 26° temperatures we experienced. [NOTE: This pump will automatically come on if freezing weather is detected] I have found that with all the different timers that have been set the pool was coming on almost nonstop.
