Melissa was great to deal with. She helped me with an issue I was having with my filter. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives excellent customer service!

I spoke with Melissa looking for a part and some advice. She was amazing! We went through some troubleshooting steps. She also gave me the exact name of the part I was looking for.
