My experience with Dusty Clements Law & Mediation was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. SHE FAILED to appear on time for my CINA meeting with DHHS after emailing that she would be late. My family and I also spent hours preparing a very detailed proposed bridge order that, but it appeared that our proposal was never meaningfully reviewed or acknowledged she only criticized it. I cannot recommend Dusty based on our experience. She was court-appointed to represent us in a CINA case involving the safety and well-being of children. We were the placement for the children after the other parent’s actions led to the CINA case. We expected our attorney to advocate for the children’s best interests and guide us through an incredibly complicated legal process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
