After several months of trying to get supplies for my CPAP I was told at this time that they no longer could provide me with the supplies that I needed and that I would have to go to Henderson or elsewhere to get what I needed. The person who I saw before was helpful and knowledgeable in providing me with what I needed. Since then, basically anyone else I had dealings with brushed me off.
I recently went to Clements pharmacy to pick up a couple of filters for a CPAP machine. The gentleman who used to take care of medical equipment and supplies, is no longer there, and he was excellent and knew what he was doing. The other employees don’t know anything, and they will look you in the eye, and they will deliberately lie to you. I was told they were going to order the filters, and call me when they come in because they no longer keep items there. Just lost a customer today , went in to get BP meds filled and was told 3 times 20 minutes, then told come back tomorrow, not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time, do better
