If I could give them a -10, I would! I needed level II chimney inspection for Gas heater, tech came into my basement, took off vent elbow & said I needed a new $1250 stainless steel vent. Total time in house under 20 mins... Note to consumer: Level II inspections require techs to go on the roof & inspect down the chimney... I was in a hurry, clear case of trying to rip off the consumer.. No integrity and dishonest, in my opinion... I think its against the law, as well....
