We had a total of 17 hours with Dr. Clements. Out of the 17 hours, only 2 hours were spent with our child. Coloring a cup cake and conversing. Every appointment she spent with us over the phone was, most of the time, looking for her notes, finding old emails, and asking the same questions. 17 appointments later, I get a mispelled lousy 2 page report.
