After being completely let down by another vendor, I requested LG to provide service through another company. Clements Appliance was selected, they promptly contacted me, diagnosed, sourced the parts and completed the repair in 5 days. Superb communication and service.

Had this company over twice to repair appliances. First time fine. Second time was to repair an appliance that they ordered a part for on first trip. After finishing up second repair, said they forgot to charge a service fee for first visit, while receipt showed fee charged. Would not give a new receipt. In between calling company back to get them back out for second visit the phone answerer said we were not a customer of theirs and had no record of ordering the part.
