Regular exposure treatment and learning to fact-check truly helped me break all of my rules. Also, art therapy was incredibly beneficial since it made it simpler for me to convey my feelings and thoughts than it did to talk about them.
I wanted to rehabilitate after receiving medication and learning about radical acceptance and coping mechanisms. Of course I'd advise.
I was at Clementine about a year ago. I have been in a pretty stable recovery since I was discharged but, the food was always cold (sometimes undercooked) , an RC wore a waist trainer to work multiple times a week, another RC talked about being gym trainer helping people to lose weight, and we were yelled at consistently by staff. I advise those who are unsure of their desire to recover or who have been attempting to recover for a very long period to enrol in the Twin Lakes programme.
Because Twin Lakes has enhanced my mental health and outlook on life, I advocate it as a treatment centre.
