Got the worst haircut of my life here. I asked for bangs and a trim. My bangs start more than halfway back on my head (???) and he cut off over seven inches of my hair after telling me he would cut off two or three inches. I’ve cried several times about it since and I can’t help but feel like if jonathan had taken more than .3 seconds looking at my reference pictures or if he’d slowed down just a little instead of rushing to get me out of there as his last appointment of the day that I wouldn’t be in this position. The first time I got a haircut with Emily I brought in a photo of Renee Rap on Sesame Street. She did a fantastic job recreating the haircut and was also a fun stylist to banter with during my appointment. I went back this week for the same haircut and I’ll be back again!!
Maura is amazing at what she does, as well as making clients feel comfortable, appreciated, and gorgeous. All stylists and/or employees have a friendly, welcoming demeanor. I really love this place
