Clementine Estate is a lovely area for people at any stage of life to establish themselves. It’s currently a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood that continues to grow and develop. I anticipate the opening of the Kingsford Shops and we hope this will help serve the wider area. I would like to see a stronger connection with the wider urban corridor—particularly through better pedestrian access such as footpaths as this area is quite isolated. Beautiful estate, loads of green spaces, trees and beautiful landscaping.
Beautiful clean & family friendly place also lots of beautiful fur babies.So peaceful great picnic area & children’s playground. Nil public toilets if visiting area.
