Clementine Estate is a lovely area for people at any stage of life to establish themselves. It’s currently a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood that continues to grow and develop. I anticipate the opening of the Kingsford Shops and we hope this will help serve the wider area. I would like to see a stronger connection with the wider urban corridor—particularly through better pedestrian access such as footpaths as this area is quite isolated. Beautiful clean & family friendly place also lots of beautiful fur babies.So peaceful great picnic area & children’s playground. Nil public toilets if visiting area.
