Dr. Yeung has been my family doctor over 20 years and he is extremely professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.
Dr. yeung is amazing and knows what he is doing. As for his receptionist she is rude, has no phone etiquette, and is the first responder for patient care. Where I do understand there maybe language barriers, access to care is apart of the Canadian health act. Disregarding, hanging up, and acting aggressive with patients, is essentially declining their access to care as they won’t feel represented with this. They need to change their receptionist and hire someone who knows how to do the job.
Do not go to this place!!! Just called and asked if they’re accepting new patients and she said ‘no’ I went to say something else and the receptionist just hung up on me!! Incredibly rude, not professional, and representing a doctors office of all things? Trash people here at this location. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If they don’t care about a phone call what makes you believe they’ll care about your body?
