I called to ask a simply question & the guy was rude! Then kept looking thru the internet for more places & accidentally called them back because the numbers were different so the guy literally yelled at me. I had to let him know how rude he was. Definitely wouldn't EVER recommend them. Especially after reading the other reviews.!!! They only 1 star from.me because I cant post this w/o one!
Jim is a piece of garbage that will disrespect you in your own home. Talking trash about union workers in a union home and paying him to "repair" my washer with union money. Made me make a deposit on a motor that was the wrong part and he won't take back. What a piece of garbage. Hang it up Jim. Your old ways are just that old. Get your eyes checked to read correct part numbers and Jim you have my number please feel free to contact me to discuss this further.
