Ordered a blind in May 2026, paid half down, they stated 3-4 weeks, it's Oct 1, still no blind, still no reimbursement back to my credit card, lots of excuses no answers, seems all the positive reviews are before Steady Eddie bought this business, curious if employees are getting paid, a new location, wonder if it was an eviction from the last place, owners should be accountable!!!!!!
My order for drapes took way longer to arrive than promised and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone about my order. I would leave messages and nobody would call me back. Finally had to track them down by going in person. Highly do not recommend!
We had a great experience in the showroom, the selection process was smooth and the staff were very helpful. There was a hiccup with the order along the way, but the company quickly addressed it and made things right. A special thanks to Glen who did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, detail-oriented, polite and very pleasant.
New windows were put in my house so an upgrade was needed. The installation of my drapes was easy, affordable and a positive experience. There's a wide selection to choose from and their patience was appreciated. I highly recommend!
