We had a great experience in the showroom, the selection process was smooth and the staff were very helpful. There was a hiccup with the order along the way, but the company quickly addressed it and made things right. A special thanks to Glen who did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, detail-oriented, polite and very pleasant.
New windows were put in my house so an upgrade was needed. The installation of my drapes was easy, affordable and a positive experience. There's a wide selection to choose from and their patience was appreciated. I highly recommend!
Had five of our large windows done about 7 years ago. One of the curtains broke. While that was unexpected, the staff at Clement Draperies were great to deal with to get a replacement. We have been pleased with the product since.
Wanted to have “nice” blinds installed to have protection from the sun and heat as I had large windows. Reviews were overall positive for Clements. The whole process was positive. My blinds were installed and looked amazing and did the job I wanted. It was expensive but it helped me sell the property.
