I had my car repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is outstanding. My car looks like new again. Horrible service. Called and made an "appointment" to install a truck bed step accessory. They asked if I was dropping it off or I wanted to wait. I told them I wanted to wait since it was like an hour or less to install. They said okay. I showed up 10 min early and there was no one in the bay except a line of parked cars. After about 10 min someone shows up and helps me. They are shocked to hear that I want to wait for it, they tell me that it will be 3-4 hours since there are a lot of people in front of me.
