TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. My husbands truck has been in their service department for the past 4 weeks for a new transmission. The mechanic assigned to his truck seems to never be at work. We have received no updates unless we are the ones to call. They don’t seem to care much about their customers or about anything in general. Don’t ever seem to have any information.
