I recently needed a particular part for my Yamaha motor. Todd was really helpful. He took the motor serial number, and made sure he had identified the correct part (if you know outboards, it's easy to get the WRONG part). He called me back in 20 minutes, and had the part shipped to me. Great customer service that I truly appreciate.
Clemens Eugene was great to work with over the entire process of buying a new boat. Overall the boat (2026 North River Seahawk Hardtop - 24ft) is wonderful.
