I was not able to plant my several containers this year, so I hired Clemens to do that for me. Hannah did an excellent job… My pots look absolutely beautiful! I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Clemens is extremely poorly managed and unprofessional in the way in which it deals with its clients. Over 3 years of doing business with them, we experienced repeated billing & bookkeeping errors, excessive markups on materials & equipment, constant staff turnover and poor client service. Clemens is a top notch design and build firm. They designed my landscape and a workshop. Catherine Clemens created the design. We met a couple of times to go over the design and she also printed a large scale plan that we could ogle and pour over on our own time. Jess Clemens led the team for the hardscape and Beverly Perky led the team for the soft scape. Both were an absolute delight to work with. It's been several years, but before I left Santa Fe, I was a maintenance client for four years- the work was very good! My garden looked amazing with their weekly care. The manager of maintenance had a degree in horticulture; her knowledge, communication, and personal style were excellent.
