I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance and I also called the day before the appointment just to be sure we were still set. When I arrived on feb 7th at 9:39 they told me to come back at 2 pm. They do a good job here because I've been a few times but I went somewhere else to get my hair braided. In my opinion an appointment should come before a walk in
