I had spoken with the owner last fall. A close family member had recently passed away, and she was clearly distraught. Don't give up on this business! They know their stuff, and have an awesome selection!
1-Star is too many, but Google doesn't allow less. They claim to accept online orders, and I received an emailed order confirmation from them. It's now been over 6 months since the order was placed, and attempts to reach them via both email and phone have gone unacknowledged. Don't waste your time on this business...
Wonderful customer service! I found them on-line, called them on a Sunday afternoon and despite the fact they were closed I got a call right back. I had a nice chat with great gardening tips regarding clematis the next day with Sue. Thank you!
