I should have known when it took 3 calls to finally get someone to schedule a railings estimate. I signed the contract saying that I needed the railings ASAP even thought the contract states it could be 3 to 5 weeks. I called every week for status and when I did get someone which was rare they informed me they were on schedule. Well 5 weeks later I get a call saying that they don't have the material and it will be another 2 weeks.These were plain ordinary railings. Broke my new steps when installing railings. Railings had many small dents. Did not respond to my complaint calls or certified letter to the owner. DO NOT USE!
