Always get good advice from Dr. Cleghorn. Receptionist has always been professional ,don't understand the bad reviews from previous people??
I work in the medical field and take my dad there regularly. Always a great experience. Dr. Cleghorn spends time with him and makes sure he's always comfortable. As for the front desk everyone has bad days so maybe put yourself in their shoes before slandering them online. I have watched from the waiting room while tears are rolling down her face while someone berates her and then she is expected to answer the next call. And of course she has to say no to people or bill them for missed appointments that is her job
The receptionist is unprofessional, rude, and doesn't seem to care about Dr Cleghorns patients. Was excited to see Dr Cleghorn but after the receptionist scoffed at me, I don't feel like seeing him. He should really find a more professional receptionist. They give zero reminders, and don't even call you if you miss an appointment. The lady needs to be more clearer because I heard my appointment was for Jan 24, but apparently it wasn't and now I'm being penalized for the receptionist saying the wrong date.
Worst experience ever.. My dad was refer for the on call cardio" Dr. Clerghorn" The doctor at the urgent care said my dad should be seen sooner that week. The receptionist is not accommodating, she said you should wait for my call. We wait for 3 days then when she called back she gave us an appointment 2 months after. My Dad has been going here for over a year and today, he had to cancel his appointment as my Sister is pending results for COVID-19. I only found out about this appointment today as my Dad & Sister tried to call the office to cancel it (2-3 hours before their appointment) and the lady who answered the telephone, was insanely rude.
