Not reliable . Let himself down on the day and simply made an excuse and did not come at all . Shame .

We used Royce to fit a radiator and change some piping. He was prompt, kept his work area clean (and cleaned up afterwards!) polite and not over priced. His workmanship was first rate. We would give him 11/10 and a full 5 Stars. Definitely using him in the future.
