Long wait times and refusal to do call backs in a timely manner, also they seem to have no regard for the health and wellbeing of patients with medical conditions which need extra care.
Asked the Gp to write me a sick note, have been in and out the hospital and even had operations to do with a Road traffic accident, GP ignored all this and put it as a prior medical condition. Asked to amend it and I’m absolutely disgusted that he refused. Can’t even read notes or details on a sick note request Reception and phone staff all lovely , can’t fault them at least
First class surgery. Have had no problems getting appointments, staff always helpful and polite. Prescriptions sent out quickly and reminders sent for check ups, vaccines etc.

Dr Ali has been fantastic, very thorough and highly professional. I highly reccomend this practice and ask for Dr Ali.
