Their new online payment system is a big improvement over the old one. The people in the office in Mandeville are nice and helpful.
El sistema de facturación es un Horror, cada mes hacen cambios de factura hasta 110 dólares mas en la factura. Meses festivos aunque no se haga nada en casa ellos colocan el precio elevado. El mes de diciembre aunque la casa no tenga ni una luz extra la factura sale super cargada, en cada mes festivo hacen lo mismo. Tenemos las calles en oscuridad y aun así nos cobran la factura en alto costo. Tengo la factura cargada con 380 dolares sin usar energía mas de lo normal..
they charged me $100 in fuel for a power bill. ended up putting my BILL AT $298 DOLLARS FOR A 2 BED ROOM APARTMENT. When you call them they blame the apartments, apartments blame them. But no one will help. Just last year.. same month. my bill was $140 disgusting company who steals for customers and passes on A COST OF BUISNESS every penny goes to the customer. no wonder why they are only on northshore because the company cant grow with these values..
My meter malfunctioned and our power went out. I called the 800 # & the service man showed up within an hour and changed the meter. We are impressed! Thank you Cleco.
