My meter malfunctioned and our power went out. I called the 800 # & the service man showed up within an hour and changed the meter. We are impressed! Thank you Cleco.
Rude customer service. Tired of the monopoly. Tree limb from neighbor has been sitting on our power line fore years. We called multiple times asking them to cut it and wouldn’t. Finally it fell on our power line blocking our driveway. They removed it and thew my neighbors tree in the middle of our yard and refused to remove or put it on the site from which it came even though it came from a huge empty lot. Even though our house has underground electricity, we have had at least eight power outages in the last seventeen months. Wires are threaded through tree limbs before going underground, and the same spots cause half the outages. Nothing is ever done to improve it, and the governmental regulatory agencies do absolutely nothing to force this monopoly to improve.
