Poor performance high bills and the worst customer service
Terrible customer service over the phone. All they see you as is another dollar sign to make them more rich. $380 for a single month of electricity is ridiculous and overpriced. There is no reason for this already rich and greedy company to charge a single resident out of the hundreds of thousands of customers being forced to pay similar rates $380, especially when almost this entire month I’ve had all my lights turned off. Ridiculous price gouging. Why am I being charged almost $400 for a single month out of millions being forced to use this greedy, monopoly company that only sees their customers as another dollar sign. Charging me outrageous rates with so many unjustifiable fees added onto the original price. Why am I paying for your energy, when that is already being charged on KW??
