Me service is out in Lacombe today 05-25-2025 at about 3:00 pm and it's impossible to contact Cleco the phone system Disconnects me every time I have tried oner the last couple of hours. Like everything else to many employees and Management succking the finincial life out of customers and not caring about us LITTLE PEOPLE!
Extremely helpful staff and quick to assist
This company is a joke they go up and down due to heat advisory even if you don’t use your a/c your bill is still high you try to do everything to not get a high bill we are not home a lot and they still bill you some absurd amount of money this is the worst company I have dealt with in along time and the bad part is they don’t have another company to choose from this company is extorting money from their customers we have unplugged so many outlets and we still have a outrageous bill if this doesn’t change we will have to mi... read more
