Been here nearly 6 years now and we have never had any problems with cleco. They are always fast to restore power after a storm or even while it's still going on. Also had to make sure I have 5 stars to offset the trucker guy comment complaining about how how his bill is..... He even admits in his comment he has his ac set to 60 when on the road.. of course your bill will be high!!

Cleco power is a joke 2 months ago my bill was $108 the next month 185 this month $340. Cleco is 100% ripoff I'm a truck driver I'm usually gone during the week and my thermostat is turned down to 60° and my bill goes from 108 to 340 and 60 days I don't think so. Jokes.
