Wish we had a second utility company available because this one is the worse
New ownership of CLECO is a disaster. First they "Upgrade the system". It is supposed to take 4 days. Running on day 7 and the online system is still down. Second. They state you can pay "conveniently at any office". They fail to state you have to have check, cash, or money order because they don't accept debit or credit cards. Third, when you dial the online service, it takes forever to go through the hoops (automated), no customer service. A complete joke
