they need to stop using SECONDARY COMPANIES to pay your bill. They saying I didn't pay on this day but I did pay on another day and told me they don't deal with them but the guy (Zack Miller) I talked to told me all my CLECO information what I owe and everything but they don't know him and he turned my lights back on but they don't deal with them.... HOW DID MY LIGHTS get turned back on
All insane electrical costs aside, they sent folks out to work on the power line within 2 hours of an outage that I didn’t report.
Horrible service! I called to activate power in my name, power was currently on from old tenants, Friday at 11:30am and power was shut off all weekend. That’s should be unacceptable from a utility provider.
