Power goes out randomly even when there’s no wind or weather in the area. Charge $10 extra a month for debit charge, and they only take cash or check at the office that closes before 90% of people get off work. Money hungry just like the rest of the corporations. What a disgrace

They so say have the cheapest light bills but mine goes up EVERY month. Last month was $275.41.. I paid it in FULL and I wasn't late or anything. This month my bill is $385.14.. this is a family home but only me and my son lives here also mind you it's the guest house, my grandpa lives in the house, my house is basically a small shed, I run 1 air conditioner daily, and the only other things plugged up is the Internet box and our phone chargers.
