The people at the pharmacy are very nice and helpful. Had questions and pharmacists took time to explain and talk to me about my concerns.
It has become so confusing trying to do anything online or an app. They had a previous app I used but then apparently they are no longer using that even though there was no notification for this. So I got the new app that their website takes you to- rx365 but now I’m getting messages about something called nimble. I have no idea what to use. I paid for one day shipping/delivery through nimble but did not receive it on the day it gave me and have now received a text that it is ready for pick up…. There are too many platforms ... read more
Did not want to help with a prescription to get it transferred to another pharmacy because they didnt take my insurance. Would not help me. Told me they wouldn't call a another pharmacy but I could do it myself. So instead of them helping me. I had to go in the parking lot and do something that would have taken them about 2 minutes to do. Im not sure if she was just lazy or if that's how they treat customers. Very disappointed!
