Everyone here is so pleasant ☺️ Couldn't be anymore grateful to them all because I'm a regular and it's frustrating sometimes dealing with medicine.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is the slowest of slow. For how long I wait in line, (outside or inside) I could drive all the way to Oxford and probably pay and have my meds and be on the way back to Heflin before the last car at cleburne pharmacy got to the window. Idk if it's the workers that move actually slower than sloths or if it's the customers that wait for every single prescription to be FILLED (not picked up). It is getting ridiculous. Idk what bots or friends y'all got leaving reviews— but this has got to be the sorriest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Very disorganized, the wait time is ridiculous, they will try to tell you Medicaid won’t pay for certain medicines (even though I know for a fact that they do) you have to make them run it again for it to suddenly start “working right.” Won’t be coming back, and highly recommend you do the same.
