I see everyone is saying the staff was kind and knowledgeable, however the "staff" I had today was just a single woman on a back computer, I didn't even know anyone was behind the window, the lights were off and everything. I'm traveling for the first time by myself and missed my train, and she didn't help with anything. I had literal tears in my eyes, and she just sat there saying there was nothing she could do-- she couldn't even give me a number to call to see if I could at least adjust my reversation.
