After spending a lot of my childhood on the North Fork, I can attest that Cleaves Point is an amazing spot to spend any season. Tucked down Shipyard Lane and about a 5 minute drive from the main town of Greenport, the location is great and easily accessible. The condos are right on the water with docks for boats, a beach, and pool on property. There's also a tennis court/pickle ball. Very relaxing + great for all ages.
