I called to schedule my son an appointment. I asked if they accepted his insurance was told yes. Scheduled an appointment and got multiple confirmations for the appointment and get there and they don't take the insurance. They told my husband they tried to call me never got a call. Wasted time and now i need to schedule an appointment and wait even longer when this could have been avoided.
My mother, 88 years of age, had an appt. @ 9:30. She is still sitting in the office at 1:30. Excuse: Waiting on test results (we all know how slow they move). This is unacceptable, if you can't cut it out right the first time then maybe more training is required. One star is being generous.
In and out in a timely and professional manner, all my issues addressed. Always professional and helpful.
Rebecca was very engaging, professional and thorough. She was very knowledgeable about the treatments from my prior Derm, but she recommended better options and solutions for ongoing skin conditions.
