Went to a Dermatologist from this group. Waxweller Weston MD. I went for a cancer screening check. During the visit the doctor volunteered a recommendation of a cream to treat a dry skin patch that I didn't ask about, and didn't care. By volunteering that they transformed the preventive visit ( 100% covered ) into a diagnostic visit upcharging my bill. I guess normally they use that method to scam the insurance company. WARNING BE FORWARNED AGAINST DR. REED! Like a previous patient said she has no regard for her patients nor her Hippocratic oath as a Doctor! She installed a Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulator for my lower back pain. At a follow up visit at their facilities, as I entered the door, I fell right in front of the check in. I was a long time patient, along with my daughter. I needed a small Pilar Cyst removed. I scheduled an appointment to get it removed. Cleaver charged me $155 for the appointment, only to tell me that I needed to schedule another appointment to have the cyst removed. I received 6 notifications reminding me of my appointment by text, email and phone. None of those included an estimate for the procedure.
