After spending over 8K on an engine repair, we received the vehicle back only to return it one hour later with a loose radiator hose. was told to leave the vehicle then we were billed 150.00 for the work. following investigation we have footage of our vehicle being driven to an employees home and back the next next morning along with his dog. we have no received any warranties relating to new parts fitted despite requesting this more than three weeks ago. disgusting service very disappointed
Please don't go to these people in my opinion they don't understand what they are doing I've had a vehicle back and forth to them for months and my vehicle is still not working. My vehicle went to them for one thing and came back with more different problems I would not let these people oil the wheels on a pushchair. Please stay away from this company
Not all Heros wear capes these lads are amazing... My car broke down and was told by a garage in Crook they couldnt do anything. Went to Cleasbys who picked my car up from my home address advised it could be 3 weeks before they could fix it... Within a week my car is fixed and back on the road.... Cant thank these lads enough you really are heros in disguise xxx
Five star service- Can’t recommend this garage enough, after being messed around by a different mechanic we were recommended this garage by a family friend, the service we received was very professional. We had the engine rebuilt on my Range Rover velar which is now driving like a brand new car, all works were carried out to a high standard and very reasonably priced. Thank you again.
Warning!!! Total cowboys and crooks. Paid over £7000 for engine remanufacture. My life savings. Quoted £5000. The work was done badly or work paid for not even done. Appears to have changed one piston so unbalancing the engine when all 4 should have been changed. Supposed to have refurbished the injectors and injection pump but hasn't. My motorhome broke down on the first journey. Tried to say its my fault and wanted even more money. Had money paid to Turbo Factors (Hartlepool) owned by his son to avoid tax and muddy the wat... read more
