We’ve purchased multiple necklaces from this place, believing they were real gold, silver, and rose gold, and paid almost $300 for some of them. When I no longer needed one of the necklaces, I took it to a pawn shop. It had never even been worn. I had a clasp replace on my necklace and they charged me $165.00. That's ridiculous I could have bought a new gold chain for less. Never going back.
Walked in to have links removed on a fairly inexpensive, mass produced watch (Tory Burch), as it was just received and much too large. The jeweler told me it would be accomplished handily and to wait, but then returned and said she “couldn’t remove them”, and left a pin halfway out that won’t go back in, because she didn’t want to jam it?
