Friendly staff, fast and efficient service. We come here weekly and couldn’t be happier.
I paid for items and then counter person got items. The items were wrinkled. I said vest to suit was wrinkled and counter person said there's nothing I can do you paid for it already. I have to get my sons brand new prom out fit done again some where else- it looks terrible 😫
Dropped my clothes off on a Wed, and when I returned on Friday to pick them up (which was the time they originally told me to return), they informed me "because of the snow storm on Thursday" they would not have my clothes ready until Monday. Things happen, but no email? No call? This is just laziness and I will be using another service moving forward.
Everything is returned spotless and wrinkle free.thanks so much for wonderful service
