Lady at the front desk in the glasses with bleached hair was super rude. Made a comment about how I brought in my clothes in front of other customers. Very poor customer service and I’m sorry that lady feels the need to be so miserable about doing her job. I’m never one to leave bad reviews but this woman deserved it. Will not be coming back to this location. The people on loudon road were much nicer and did a far better job before they closed.
Great friendly service
Custom service was friendly. Length of time to get two dresses dry-cleaned was reasonable. I was emailed once to let me know that my items were ready for pickup. When I dropped My items off, she wasn't sure if they could get a stain out. And they were not able too. I don't think I should have had to pay full price for that. They were on the expensive side
Very dependable dry cleaning service with excellent results every time. My clothes are always returned clean, fresh, and neatly pressed. The staff is polite, efficient, and takes good care of each item. Turnaround time is fast and pricing is reasonable. I appreciate their consistency and professionalism. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of quality dry cleaning.
