Incredibly pleased with the functionality and workmanship of our Cleary Building. The on-site construction crew (led by foreman Tyson, and rounded out by Wesley and Seth) were outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. The team was all about attention-to-detail. They worked long days to make it happen. If you want your project to stall and have no communication from the company, then choose Cleary. If you want to reach out the corporate office for help and be made to feel like you are bothering them, then use Cleary. We have a pole barn build that is now into it's 10th month, and Cleary can't seem to finish what should have been completed by January at the latest. Damaged materials, lost windows, materials not delivered, trim issues, we could go on and on. Oh, and don't spend the money on their fancy liner package, they do... read more
If only I could give 5 NEGATIVE STARS. Horribly run company, take your deposit, no communication, postpone schedule repeatedly. Show up one day and not the next. Worst experience ever and will make sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT USE CLEARY, THEY ARE LIARS!!
